Transformation takes time, space, and consistent action. A 6-session package allows us to build momentum while giving you room to integrate each step along the way. It’s structured enough for commitment while remaining spacious and playful. 

Each session is 20–30 minutes to keep the work light, potent, and accessible. We focus on clarity and next steps rather than overwhelming you with too much at once. True transformation often happens between sessions, and our personalized homeplay will help you integrate insights into your daily rhythms.

Homeplay replaces “homework” with playful, meaningful practices designed specifically for you. This could include creative exercises, reflection prompts, or simple actions that help you live into your next chapter while keeping it aligned with your energy and life.

The introductory rate for the 6-session Playful Transformation Package is $899 CAD (regular rate $1100 CAD). Payment plans are available. This investment honours the personalized time I spend preparing homeplay and supporting your process with care.

Yes. You can pay in full or in two payments if that is more accessible for you. Let’s find what works so you can step into your next chapter with ease. 

The Discovery Call is a no-pressure, 20–30 minute conversation on Zoom. We will explore where you are, what you’re ready for, and whether working together feels aligned. You’ll leave with clarity, regardless of your decision.

Life happens. You can reschedule a Discovery Call anytime if something comes up. For scheduled package sessions, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will find a time that works within your 12-week package window.
