Founder of Larch Legacy, I guide individuals, groups, and organizations through transformation rooted in play.
After years in operational leadership and people-centered work, I witnessed how many of us deeply desire change but find ourselves caught in cycles of burnout, urgency, and fear. We long for spaciousness, clarity, and alignment but often don’t know how to create it in the middle of busy, beautiful, messy lives.
I created Larch Legacy because I believe transformation doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful. It can be light, aligned, and even joyful, rooted in small, consistent shifts that ripple outwards to create real, lasting change.
I believe adults need play just as much as children do, not as a luxury but as a pathway to remembering who we are and what matters most. Play is how we soften into possibility, how we try on new ways of being, and how we discover we are capable of living lives that feel true.
At Larch Legacy, I meet you in the messy middle—the place where you are no longer who you used to be but are not yet who you are becoming. It is an honour to walk alongside you as you let go of what no longer serves, make space for what you desire, and grow into your next chapter with clarity, courage, and curiosity.
Beyond Larch Legacy, I am a mother, wife, sister, and friend, roles that have been some of my greatest teachers in compassion, accountability, and love. I have lived many transformations within my relationships, career, and environment, learning that change is rarely a clean before-and-after story. It often looks like tending to what is here while making space for what is becoming, one small courageous choice at a time.
Throughout my career, I have navigated the tension between growth and burnout, learning to redefine success in a way that aligns with who I am, not just what I do. I have reshaped environments around me, creating homes and spaces that feel nourishing and true, and learning to let go when it is time to begin again.
These lived experiences allow me to meet others in their messy middle with deep compassion and a belief in their capacity to grow. I don’t see transformation as something to fix about yourself but as an unfolding into your next chapter with clarity, courage, and curiosity.
You will often find me wandering forest trails, capturing moments of wonder, or laughing with my family. I love a good brewery biking tour, the kind where you lose track of time and find yourself in easy conversations with strangers who feel like friends. I am happiest near water, around a campfire, or hanging out with dogs, who consistently remind me of the beauty of presence and play.
I am a lifelong learner, a recovering overachiever, and someone who believes in the quiet power of small, consistent actions to create profound change. I know transformation can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. It can feel like coming home to yourself, one playful step at a time.
Play opens us to possibility and learning. It’s how we discover what’s true for us and practice living it.
We practice what we teach, guiding with transparency, compassion, and accountability.
We believe transformation should sustain you, not drain you, creating patterns that are life-giving and aligned.
We honor the whole human, knowing that meaningful transformation comes when we create safety, spaciousness, and structure.
